Thank you for using the Horse Next Door web site (the "site"). Please use this section for information about our terms and conditions.

Order Processing

Ordering - after you have placed an order on the site, you will be sent an email confirming the details. This is not considered as a contract of sale. Once the order has been dispatched to you, the sale is considered to be under contract and you will receive an email confirming this. This is usually 1-2 days after placing an order.

Stock availability - You should not be able to order stock which is not available, however on rare occasion this may happen. You will be contacted to be notified of the error if this occurs.

Product Variation - Every care is taken to ensure that the photographs and descriptions on the site are accurate. However, due to some of the products being handmade or made from natural materials, some product variation may occur.

Price Promise - Items sold on the site will be sold at the manufacturers RRP where possible. The cost of delivery varies depending on the choice of product and will be made clear when ordering. All prices on the site (shown in GBP) are inclusive of VAT at 15%.
